7. General conditions of membership and use of the Le BAB Loyalty program

These general conditions define the conditions of membership and use of the loyalty program, which is applicable within the premises of the BAB, rue la Boétie only.

It is reserved for any natural or legal person, acting as a consumer who wishes to join the loyalty program, hereinafter referred to as "the Beneficiary".

The BAB reserves the right to change them at any time or even to end the loyalty program, without compensation.

The card is strictly personal and individual and may under no circumstances be transferred, loaned, sold to anyone or used for purposes other than those defined in these general conditions.

A- How to join the loyalty program  ?

The beneficiary  can join the loyalty program by becoming the bearer of the Le BAB loyalty card (hereinafter "  the map  ")

When visiting a store, the Beneficiary may request that their loyalty card be given to them free of charge.

Each Beneficiary may only be the holder of one loyalty card.

B-In case of loss of my loyalty card  ?

In the event of loss or theft of the loyalty card, LE BAB cannot be held responsible, including for the fraudulent use of points and benefits by a third party. LE BAB does not carry out an identity check of the Beneficiary of the Card during offers and discounts and it is therefore up to him to keep his card in a safe place.
The LE BAB company will not be required to return the points being lost on the loyalty card.
